Property Level Analysis including the complete review and modeling of In- Place Rent Roll, Operating Expenses and Real Estate Taxes and Capital Expenses to provide the Client with an accurate current Net Operating Income and Cash Flow before Debt Service. Existing Mortgage Debt would be analyzed and incorporated into the Net Cash Flow Statement.
